Today was Shoulders and Arms first (for an hour!), which will probably be one of my favorite workouts, after my scar tissue and everything on my mastectomy side gets used to it. Right now it's a little hard, but I think this will help with my range of motion. The other part of today was a 15 minute workout called...Ab Ripper X. And it was exactly like it sounds. But we did as many reps as we could of each exercise. I think tomorrow is Yoga X, which is supposed to be brutal (and long, like an hour and a half). And supposedly not really Yoga (according to reviewers). Oh well, we shall see.
